Return and Exchange policy FAQ
You may return new, unused items, within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All tags must be intact to be returned. Orignal shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) please contact us directly at shipping@8oaklane.com.

How do I return?
- Visit our returns center Click Here
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- We provide two options to send your item(s) back. A $7 prepaid return label can be provided or you can send the item(s) back with the carrier of your choice
- Please email shipping@8oaklane.com with your order number if you have any questions.
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance and Final Sale Items.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is defective, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you would like to exchange for a full refund and place a new order online..

How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. A flat-rate return label can be provided. If needed, please email shipping@8oaklane.com with your order number.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.
